Mar 06 Featured: Yemi Alade

Yemi Alade is a Nigerian singer/songwriter.  Her unique sound is a blend of traditional West African beats fused with Pop, R&B, Soca and Reggae music.  She is an energetic performer, full of funky flavour and sass.   In 2012, under Effyzzie Music group, she burst unto the Nigerian/African music scene with “Ghen-Ghen Love” produced by OJB Jeezrel (which is my favourite song, check it out here), “Show Me”  also produced by OJB and “Bamboo” produced by Flip-tyce.  These songs were bangers and thrust her into the lime light.
