After what seemed like an un-ending hiatus, our fave, Macy Maloy is back to the music scene. At 7pm CST, she released her first piece of all new material in 2015. The song is titled “Dime Store Hipster” and it was very much worth the wait. “Dime Store Hipster” was written by Macy, with help from Liz Rose and Jason Reeves, who also produced the guitar-driven record. The song does a remarkable job showcasing Macy’s vocal talents. “Hey, you don’t need me now / Walking around town like a James Dean drifter,” she sings.
