Our favorite musical-trio is b-a-c-k! After crushing last summer with their massively-impressive single “Who Do You Think Of?,” the girls enlist Don’t Mind‘s Kent Jones for yet another smash of a single, titled Not In Love. Already performed live, Not In Love is an nostalgic uptempo reggae-tinged smash, once again setting the girls apart from other musical trios out right now. This track is exactly what we needed to end this year on a good note. Hear it below!

Exciting times. Following various teasers, the über-talented gals of M.O. have followed on last week’s promise of new music with the record’s lead single. The track, titled Who Do You Think Of, saw an official premiere on BBC Radio 1, with a music video following shortly after. With summer just around the corner, Who Do You Think Of? is a radiant dance track bringing us endless summer vibes whilst readying our minds and souls to parade around a sandy beach on a bright, sunny day.
It’s an exciting day for the M.Ob. Not only has it been officially announced that our girls, M.O, are signed to one of the most reliable labels, Polydor Records, they released a brand new single, which appears on their new EP, due out forthwith. Let us break that down. Firstly, M.O being signed to Polydor means we would not only be the ones listening and loving M.O anymore, in other words, Polydor will go to bat for them with the promotion they very much deserve, especially outside of the UK. Up next, their new single, “Good Friends.” It is the...more
Here at Trendio, we’re huge fans of three-piece girl group, M.O. If you recall, we featured them as part of our ‘Artist of the Week’ feature back in May. Aside from their single Preach, which was released way way earlier in the year, the girls haven’t released much. Noticeably though, they have signed with Polydor Records (Years & Years, Ellie Goulding) which means in 2016, we’d be getting an influx of songs from the English trio. In the interim, Annie Ashcroft, Frankee Connolly and Nadine Samuels of M.O, have teamed up with WSTRN for a remake of WSTRN’s smash hit,...more
As previously reported, tomorrow (May 3), the ladies of M.O. will release their first single in 2015, “Preach.” The single’s music video initially premiered in March but as you know, singles in UK come out months after the music video or radio premiere. Anyhow, Annie Ashcroft, Frankee Connolly and Nadine Samuels of M.O have been on a mini promo run, promoting “Preach.” So far, they have stopped by some major UK stations, 4Music, iTV, and CBBC’s Friday Download. They sound heavenly in all of the videos released so far. Watch below and be sure to pre-order their new single if...more
Let’s give a round of applause to our Artists of the Week for the final week of April! Lets do a little recap in case you missed out on the amazing talent we showcased this past week. First up we had Us The Duo (hand selected by Haley), followed by The Wombats (chosen by Sarah), Tuxedo (picked by Renee), and Palmas (elected by Jesus). We’re so sad to see these class acts go, but there’s more to discover! Ready to get to know our selections for the month of May? Introducing our selection for Artists of the Week: Tori Kelly,...more
For some reason, this past week, all we have been able to talk about is three-piece girl band, M.O. After listening to their single “Preach,” which was released in March, we fell in love with the 90s inspired group. Listening to their songs had me wondering why they were only somewhat successful in the U.K., because goodness gracious are they talented. Here’s a little more about them: M.O. is an England-based trio, consisting of Annie Ashcroft, Frankee Connolly and Nadine Samuels. Funny enough, all three girls were part of other girl groups (Mini Viva and Duchess), before banding together to...more
