Running a music blog often entails keeping up with a lot of music performances – most of which are incredible. Today, the girls of Little Mix took the stage at the 2015 Apple Music Festival to open for the world’s biggest boyband at the moment, One Direction. Aug 27 Listen: Little Mix – “Hair”

The day has arrived! Months after the lead single “Black Magic” was released, Little Mix’s new promo single “Hair” has been released! “Hair” is a sexy tribal-themed cheerleader anthem and is super fun and is about “being at a club and flicking your hair to show him you don’t care”.  You go girls! “Hair” will be released on iTunes on August 28th as the first countdown single to their new album “Get Weird” which is set for release on November 6 (sooo far away!) Aug 25 Single: Little Mix – “Hair”

Dedicated Little Mix should know by now that the girls plan on releasing a brand new song from their third studio album, Get Weird. The song, which is most likely a promotional single, is titled “Hair” and it is currently set to be released on Friday (August 28). “Hair” comes preceded by the album’s lead cut, entitled “Black Magic.” Speaking of which, as of yesterday, “Black Magic” became Little Mix’s highest-charting entry on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking in Top 40.

Aug 18 Watch: Little Mix perform on ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’

Even though their current single “Black Magic” has been out in the United States since May, Little Mix have just commenced its promo tour in the US! Last night, the girls took the stage to perform LIVE at the 17th Annual Teen Choice Awards. Tonight, they dropped by ‘The Late Late Show with James Corden’ to once again perform the single. Contrary to the rumors, Perrie Edwards (1/4 of Little Mix) did not talk about her now-over relationship with former One Directioner, Zayn Malik. Jul 15 Little Mix announce new album, “Get Weird.”

The girls of Little Mix have just unveiled the title and artwork for their forthcoming LP. The album, titled “Get Weird” is set to be released November 6th. Since the global release day began July 10th, the album will be released on the same day worldwide. “Our album artwork is out like WTF! I’m so excited! I hope you all love it!
