As we’ve reported a few times, Hailee Steinfeld is now in the music-making business. After starring in the highly-anticipated sequel of “Pitch Perfect,” the 18 year old Los Angeles-native ventured into music, signing with Republic Records. Today (well tomorrow), she releases her first-ever single, “Love Myself.” Written by Julia Michaels, “Love Myself” is the first taste of what is to come when Steinfeld drops her debut album later this year. Steinfeld stars as Emily in the movie, which by the way is now open in theatres. In the video of Hailee singing “Flashlight,” we get a glimpse of Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz, as he assists her with the guitar-playing.
