May 27 VIDEO: DΔWN – “James Dean”

Dawn Richard has been around for quite sometime now but right now that she has dropped her last name and is going simply by DΔWN, is the time to watch the 31-year-old singer-songwriter. Taking things next level once again, today (May 27), she premiered the music video for “James Dean,” the first single she has released under the name “DΔWN.” The song is what comes after “Titans,” which was on “Blackheart,” the album she released earlier this year. Dawn Richard‘s released a follow up to her 2013 solo album on January 15th. The new album is titled ‘Blackheart’ and it took it little to no time to top the iTunes R&B chart. Jan 12 Listen: Dawn Richard – “Castles”

We are a few days away from the release of Dawn Richard’s first solo album, since the Danity Kane reunion in 2013. The album, which is titled ‘Blackheart,’ is set to be released on January 15. The complete track listing was released before 2014 concluded and it featured a track called ‘Castles.’ ‘Castles’ premiered on Yahoo! Music on January 12, preceded by “Blow” which was released in October of 2014.
