Today, popstress Charli XCX joins the slew of artists with their own record labels (think imprint). Speaking to The Fader, the singer-songwriter revealed the name of her newly-found label, Vroom Vroom Recordings, stating it would be disturbed by her main label, Atlantic Records. “Vroom Vroom Recordings is my new, experimental pop label and it will combine my love for bubblegum pop with mystery and darkness,” she told The Fader. Pop singer Charli XCX and Alternative pop musician Jack Antonoff, best known as Bleachers, have announced their upcoming “Charli & Jack Do America Tour”. The 20-date summer tour will kick off at the Observatory North Park in San Diego, CA. Up-and-coming Pop musician BØRNS will be joining them as the opening act. The two headliners had previously collaborated for Kia’s ad campaign called In-Ride Sessions, where they covered each other’s songs. Tickets for the show will be on sale next Friday, April 24th.
