As we reported last night, the streaming service JAY Z acquired, now referred to as “TIDAL,” launched today, March 30.
In celebration of its launch, today in New York City, there was a very star-studded press conference / launch event.
By star-studded, we mean Beyoncé, JAY Z, Kanye West, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Usher, Coldplay, Madonna, Alicia Keys, and many many more were not only in attendance, they signed the service’s declaration LIVE.

Incase you missed it, JAY Z acquired a Scandinavian music streaming company for $56 million.
The streaming service was not only renamed “Tidal,” it was fully integrated with popular Norwegian music platform, WiMP.
Earlier this month, Showbiz 411 reported a meeting between Jay Z and some of the music industry’s greatest, the likes of Beyoncé, Rihanna, Kanye West, Madonna, Nicki Minaj, and more.

The iHeartRadio Music Awards is back for its second year, this year. Today in Los Angeles, the event is being held at The Shrine Auditorium.
The star-studded event is expected to feature performances from the likes of Sam Smith, Rihanna, Iggy Azalea, Madonna, and many more.
While Pitbull hosted last year’s, Jamie Foxx will be hosting the show this year.
As far as nominations go, Iggy Azalea and Sam Smith lead with five nominations each, while Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift both received four nominations.
