For the past two years, pop songstress Kylie Minogue was managed by Jay Z’s entertainment company, Roc Nation.
While with Roc Nation, Kylie released an album, “Kiss Me Once,” which was supported with a DVD and a currently on going tour.
Earlier today, news broke that Kylie had decided to part ways with Roc Nation because of “poor music sales.”
In a statement to Mail Online, Kylie confirmed the rumors, starting “I’ve had an amazing time with Roc Nation and it’s been fantastic to team up with them over the last two years. We got together at a period in my life when I wanted to shake things up.”
Adds Kylie, “I loved collaborating with Roc on the ‘Kiss Me Once’ album, world tour and DVD and have made great friends in the process. I’m now looking forward to my upcoming Summer gigs and embarking on new adventures.”
Kylie Minogue is currently on the Australian leg of her “Kiss Me Once” tour. The tour stops by Sydney, Australia tomorrow (and Sarah will be in attendance!)
